My search for beers that taste genuinely good and are accessible and fitting for just about anytime and all the time has taken me to Saranac. I thought I was onto something with their Everyday IPA or the Prism White Ale. But one of the four beers they release in January, namely the Juggler Naut is just plain tasty.
The Juggler Naut is a wheat beer fermented with pomegranate juice (4.8% ABV, 18 IBU). It pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, with yeast and wheat notes as well. The flavor is tart and fruity, even zingy. Lighter bodied with fizzy carbonation. It’s not hard-core, nor is it completely watered down making it something just as good as their Everyday IPA, it’s part of the 12 beers of summer variety pack. (typically $12.98)
