Well this is new: Have a Dropbox account? Well, if you ever get into any issues over who’s stuff you’re sharing, the new Terms of Service (ToS) requires you to use forced arbitration, limiting your ability to take legal action against them if there is an issue down the road. This isn’t necessarily the craziest thing I’ve ever seen, but it sure is surprising that a cloud data service is requiring its users to forgo the court system. I guess this is a preemptive cost-savings maneuver considering all the what-ifs that could occur.

In any event, you can fill out the opt-out form (you have 30 days to do it) and I’d recommend you mull it over and get to it sooner than later.
